Getting Healthy Through Hypnosis

There has been some discussion about getting healthy, losing weight, things of that nature on the Femdom Devotionals Forum, I participate in with Princess Indigo and Empress Vox (Hypnotic Haylee). Wouldn’t it be great if you could start getting healthy through hypnosis? If you could get healthy all for the love you feel for your Hypnosis Goddess! Well saddle up 🙂 We have some healthy living to discuss!!! I will be creating a series of files for those who will be participating in My Healthy Living Challenge for 30 Days.

I would like you to embrace the idea of getting healthy through hypnosis. Let’s use hypnosis as a tool to fortify your desire for healthy living. We can use it to increase your resolve and devotion to creating a new lifestyle and adjusting your relationship with food. There are so many tiny things you can do to embrace a healthier lifestyle and I would like My subjects, submissives, slaves, puppies, etc to all be as healthy as they can be!

Healthy Through Hypnosis and Healthy Living Challenge

This process is going to be difficult for some. This is not something to take on, thinking it can be accomplished casually. There will be diet (by diet I only mean what you ingest, I do not believe in fad diets or quick slim downs etc) monitoring and discussion, nutritional requirement talks, work out planning, meal planning, basically your life will be Mine for the next 30 days! Discussion on past events, cravings, changing and adapting to new food relationships, cooking discussions. you can easily see where I am going with all this!

I will not only be your Goddess but also your controller, your Life Coach, your Confidante and so much more. I will learn everything about you. And you will gladly share it with Me.

Embracing Being A BBW Goddess

Throughout all My experiences there is no message clearly than a Woman’s need to embrace who She is. For Me, this means embracing being a BBW Goddess. I recently received some not so constructive criticism from an anonymous source. their main critique: The size of My ass! Well, yeah it’s big! I would even go so far as to say it is large! I mean look it! As large as it is, look at the shape. Round, strong, tight for all its size! Perfection is not just what societal norms have you believe. Perfect comes from being who you are.

I love My body, I love being a BBW Goddess! I feel none of the shame this man (or woman, as it was anonymous) thinks I should! I work hard on My body. I work out several times a week, I eat well, mostly organic and rarely meat. I take care of My Goddess shaped vessel! If it makes you uncomfortable that I do not fit in a size 3 then by all means, no one is asking you to worship Me, no one is forcing you to devote your existence to Me. That is a choice. I have followers, I do not need any that criticize some so arbitrary.

I have nothing to justify in My size. I am the way I am. Being a fat, yeah let’s use that word. Fat is not always a negative. I am a fat Woman! I am a big, beautiful Woman. There is nothing to apologise for. There is nothing to explain it. It is the way it. Yes, I could explain all the reasons why I am not a size three. I could list off the reasons My bottom is so big. But why should I? Why does there need to be a reason? I am a BBW Goddess. I am the way the universe made Me. I am gorgeous, I am Dominant and I do not care that some coward is upset about My ass being fat. I am proud of it! I am pleased with it! I treat My body like the temple it is and you should do the same!

Knowing Your Hypnotic Goals

It’s incredibly important that you know your hypnotic goals. I know hypnosis is all about a complete release of control and power BUT you should have a goal in mind. Check out My Beginner’s Guide to Hypnosis page for a bit more information on starting your journey into erotic hypnosis. So what are hypnotic goals? What does that really mean? Everyone has different ideas about hypnosis, how it should be presented, what it means, there is a huge list of variations, which is one of the most delightful things about hypnosis but also one of the most tedious as a HypnoDomme when dealing with a new subject.

With every new subject who calls Me, I ask a series of questions. These are also listed on the guide. The most important question

What is your goal for this and future sessions?

It is a simple enough question but can be incredibly difficult to answer. Which is completely understandable but it is something that should always be addressed! your hypnotic goals are can be fluid and change depending on the intensity of our relationship and the changes to your own sexual desires. Just like sexuality is fluid, erotic hypnosis’ fluidity makes it easily adaptable to any changes to your own sexual evolution. The problem is, hypnotists, regardless of how masterful, are not mind readers! We are not aware of those changes. The evolution. Sometimes we cause the evolution and changes but that implies a relationship. Not something that can be established within the first session.

Brainstorming your Hypnotic Goals

Stream of consciousness writing tends to be My go to when people are looking for their hypnotic goals. It opens up so many possible outcomes and maybe even some hidden depths to your desires. It is a good idea to have some sort of direction to start from. My suggestion to most people starting out is answer this: Do you want to cum? Whether you are allowed to or not, whether you will or not is something completely separate. Do you want to cum? Don’t answer is by simply saying, if My Goddess so desires. your Goddess is not there while you are writing. Just think about it and be honest with yourself. Do you want to cum? This is not a hypnotic goal but rather a stepping stone to finding your hypnotic goals. The answer to that question when written down will allow you to brainstorm your goals.

Yes, i want to cum!

Is an orgasm the main focus of your hypnotic goals?
Is the act of relinquishing your power over what prompts you to want to orgasm?
Do you want to be teased toward orgams?
Do you want to be commanded to orgasm?
etc

you can easily see where that line of questioning is going! Come up with some more questions or thoughts to write down as part of your hypnotic goals.

No, i don’t want to cum!

Do you want to be teased?
Do you want your arousal to be completely ignored?
Do you find the act of submission erotic enough?
etc

Again you can see how these questions go. And you can see how answering the question: Do you want to cum? can bring about a multitude of responses and direction! Also it is a good point to note that it is up to the Hypnotist as to whether or not you orgasm!

So now that we have a starting point, write it down. See where your thoughts bring you! When do you know you have hit the end? When do you know you have found your hypnotic goals? The truth is you never do. As previously stated, sexuality is fluid and evolves. I very often tell My subjects to re-evaluate their hypnotic goals from time to time. See what has changed, what has remained the same.

Examples of Hypnotic Goals:

We talked about finding them, but what are hypnotic goals really? Are they an end result? A step towards ultimate submission? Because of the uniqueness of each individual, no one can really say for certain, there is no clear definition. And sometimes an example is worth a thousand explanations. (Yes I know that is pictures and words but I think the same rules apply.)

Cock control, allowing my Goddess to completely control My desire.
Tease and denial
Grooming to be a submissive
Exploring a fetish
Feeling what it would be like to be a Woman
Deep trance
Role plays, therapist, teacher, etc
many, many more

The main thing to remember is you have some idea what your hypnotic goals will be! Even if you only have a vague idea or a bunch general hypnotic goals. So get to writing and communicating! How do you find your hypnotic goals? How have they evolved over time and within different relationships?

Words of the Goddess

Can you ever really be prepared to hear the voice of your Goddess? The Words of the Goddess? To hear Her words and feel Her scripture run through you. I don’t think you can ever really be prepared for such an intense moment. Such a raw and powerful moment when you hear Her thoughts and words form and vibrate through your being.

I am of course, referring to My newest hypnosis project, daily affirmations and words of the Goddess! I am still hard at work creating recordings but as I am writing, creating, giving birth to My hypnotic experiences for you, I am discovering that I have created an absolutely delightful collection of quick, loop-able, devotional creations. These delectable pieces that spring from My mind much like Athena bursting through Her father’s mind, needed to be released. They needed to bring their words and wisdom into being. As such, I had no choice. The Goddess was running through Me, tapping on My mind anxious for the birth of these words.

None of My created passages would be sufficient to create a full file, well yes, I could create one, but I feel drawn toward release short pieces. Creating them in such a masterful way that they may be looped and listened to all day. Or at least before bed. These will become your nightly prayers and your morning devotion to My doctrine. Starting on Sunday, every morning you will wake to a new file being released. Inexpensive enough that all My subjects can enjoy it. Appealing enough to make even the most questioning subject fall to his knees and beg for more, pray for more.

It all begins on Sunday. Become My most devout follower. Pray to your hypnosis Goddess. Let the words of the Goddess, of your Goddess, My words run through you in daily affirmation and devotion.

Responses to Corridors

As I am getting ready to release Corridors part 2, I am looking over the hypnosis assignment included in the first one. Not a complicated assignment by any means but a simple guide of introspective thought and questions to get your mind thinking. Every time I read the responses I am filled with pride that I could facilitate such learning. It is a wonderful thing. The Corridors series is one to increase and bring toward the surface your need to submit, to add some submissive touches to your everyday. Part 1 deals with learning how you can be a better submissive, learning what environments your mind creates to exemplify your submission needs.

The chest contained a leash that attatched (attached) to my collar. I realized that my natural state is a submissive pet, and the leash is meant for one owner/Mistress to own me and make her her own obedient pet.

Collars seem to be a central theme. A simple accessory one can add to truly complete the submissive self. Do you enjoy wearing them? For Me, collars represent ownership, a sense of belonging to a single Person. A pet really is My favourite type of submissive and I am extremely pleased that this is noted in many of the responses.

I am stunned by the intensity of my need to submit and surrender to You Ms. Ambre Jade. Immediately after I passed through the door i knew you were there observing me and all I could see was myself begging You to accept me as Yours.

The need to belong. What a lovely sentiment! It always fills Me with joy when someone needs to belong. When it surpasses a want and becomes a need, a necessity to belong. Though, within this file there are no messages that the subject needs to belong to Me specifically, it seems that a devotion to Me occurs as a side effect. I am sure someone who has their place already will find that Corridors merely serves to solidify their need for submission to their owner.

This is a lovely file for those trying Me for the first time. A beautiful journey into your submissive self. A quick trip into your sub-conscious.

Deep under My Hypnotic Influence

As some of you know, I can be a little particular when it comes to who is MY sub or slave. I will do hypnosis sessions on those that are not exclusively Mine and those just looking for the opportunity to submit deeply. So many fall so deep under My hypnotic influence. This merely increases over time. Many have noticed that the frequency with which they hear My voice, listen to My recordings, spend one on one time with Me, the more deeply their compulsion to submit runs. It becomes part of their foundation, part of their being.

My hypnotic influence is gentle, calm and relaxed. From something with such a strong hold on you it is surprisingly, deceptively soft. Many people find themselves shocked at just how intense My hold can be. your mind slips so easily into craving My influence, My touch, My control. It is hard to even notice it. Subtle, soft, slowly removing your own desires and replacing it with My Own.

Subtlety is underrated, don’t you agree? Control can be established in so many ways. But why force when one can easily crawl and change thoughts and desires from the inside? Why command, when one can so easily whisper a word and change your being?

That is not to say there is not time to be commanding and demanding and forceful! But when you are tranced, when you are deep under My hypnotic influence there is no need for force. A single word can change your being. A single whisper can change you. Brainwashing is best when you have no recollection of its occurrence! Give in deep, feel My hypnotic influence all around. Embrace your submissive natural, obey and surrender to My influence. Feel My power take you over.

The void created as you dissolve, as you empty yourself of everything is filled by My influence. you become nothing without Me. your existence is reliant on Me, on feeling My influence on you. Wishing with every waking moment to feel Me in your mind.

I know, just thinking about My power over you makes you weak already. Just thinking about your mind dissolving for Me. Just thinking about My words has your blood rushing from your mind into other area. This weakness, this submission you feel, enjoy it. Delight in the experience of weakening for Me. Of letting go and feeling My influence creep through you as your mind and thoughts dissolve for Me. Such a good marionette! Desperate to feel Me there with you, to feel Me at all times. To submit to Me always.

Controlled by a Goddess

That moment when you realise that every action you take is controlled by a Goddess. When your thoughts are so intertwined with Hers that you are no longer certain whether it was originally from your mind or Hers. How far are you willing to go? To what depth are you willing to please and serve Her?

Everyone has an ideal in their heads. The ideal relationship. The ideal Goddess. The ideal setting. Basically add ideal to anything and someone has that pictured in their mind. What level of control is ideal to you? To what extent, ideally, would you want to be controlled by a Goddess? I have many people contact Me, message Me, tweet Me, etc. who would like their entire life to be controlled by Me. Of course, I mean, who wouldn’t? The problem being they are playing in the ideal, they are not accepting of the real world control. Many seem to be under the impression that giving up control is an adequate currency to be controlled by a Goddess. But this is not My ideal. My ideal is total control, absolutely but Goddesses should be worshiped. Compensation for My time should be without question.

Just earlier today I was approached by an individual claiming he wanted to be hypnotised, wanted to be controlled. Beautiful, I love hypnosis, I love taking control! But upon the realisation that being controlled by a Goddess came at a price he objected. Well, why would I want to control someone where there is no benefit to Me? This is something that happens when your passion is also your business. Because I am so passionate and because of My love of hypnosis, I should be taking control for free.

NO! My demand of actual compensation for My time and command for sacrifices from you for My time does not make the relationship a fantasy or less than real. It does not mean I do not think about My slaves when I am “not working.” What it does is show that you, as a submissive, understand that My time is valuable. It shows that you as a hypnotic subject appreciate the time and effort I put in to the relationship we have. It is nothing more and nothing less than that.

Being controlled by Me, being controlled by a Goddess demands a sacrifice. A sacrifice of your time, your free will, your ability to decide certain things. Being controlled by Me is a luxury. It is a blessing. A gift even. When you find your Goddess, your religion, you are grateful, you understand that you surrender yourself over to Her will, Her desires and your devotion should reflect that.

Erotic Hypnotic Layering

There is more than just the conscious and the unconscious. Erotic hypnotic layering involves going in deeper and changing every layer to create what amounts to a new reality. The varying levels of depth contribute to how ingrained the thoughts become. My power can reach into the deepest reaches of your subconscious mind, beyond the unconscious. Every level, taking you deeper and deeper to such an extent that the thoughts wondering around in your mind have no clue as to their origin.

Did that thought come from Me? From My power? Or was it something hidden so deeply that you needed My influence to bring it out of you? Ultimately, how it gets there is not important. The origin is insignificant unless it is a thought that does not suit Me. In that case, its origin is very important. It is important so I know where to plant My seeds of change.

Obviously, the seeds planting through My erotic hypnotic layering are those we have discussed beforehand. I do not believe that a hypnoslave should be completely without a say in the evolution of their thought process. I use My powers for good not evil. Unless you contact Me in a different capacity. Where there is light, there is always a shadow. The trust involved in the hypnotic relationship is crucial. I am a trustworthy Woman, a powerful Woman that can easily alter your reality.

It can be frightening and it should be. you are opening your layers to Me. Opening up the parts that make up the individual. But as frightening and scary as the thought may be when trust has been established there is no need for any qualms. When you are in the hands of a talented and powerful Woman, one who completely understands your vulnerability there is no cause for concern. No need to worry that lovely mind of yours. When it becomes Mine, that mind will be clearer, and closer to perfection.
