Daily Worship, add it to your life

Daily worship should be an important part of your existence as a submissive. This does not mean daily sessions, or even daily communication. It means finding some moments within your day devoted entirely to your Mistress. There are many ways to perform your daily worship. The trick is to find the one that works best for you and Mistress.

Daily worship not only promotes the feelings of weakness you feel when near your Maîtresse but it also increases sensations of devotion, need and ache for Her. It makes every session with Her that much deeper as you have been meditating, reflecting, pondering your Mistress. Each moment you spend worshiping, roots your passion for Her deeper into your being.

Ways to Perform Daily Worship

Each Mistress has Their preferred method of daily worship. For some, it is daily sessions or conversations. For others, it could be paying a set tribute on a daily basis. Here are a few that I enjoy:

Daily Check Ins, I require many of My slaves to check in with Me daily. The act of writing the email can become a form of meditation. your attention focused completely on Me as you compose your message to Me.
Daily Sessions, obviously daily sessions are a great way to connect.
Nightly Prayers. While getting ready to fall asleep, open yourself up to the ritual of speaking with your Goddess through your thoughts.
Cumming for your Mistress only. Obviously this does not apply to those in chastity. If every time you touch yourself and even orgasm, your Maîtresse is on your mind.
Meditation. Find some quiet time and meditate on how much you appreciate and love your Mistress.
Make Daily Choices that reflect your Mistress’ views. I prefer you make healthy, smart choices. Have five minutes of free time? Do some jump rope for Me. Turn healthy habits into devotionals.

Guided Imagery Hypnosis

When I first started dabbling in hypnosis it was not for erotic or Domme purposes. The role it played in My life was very specific and I used it on rather rare occasions even though I have always been quite skilled. One of the most effect styles, if you will, for Me during that time was guided imagery hypnosis. This is apparent in a great many of My recordings as well as My style in general. I love the combination of detailed but creative scene description combined with poetic prose. As My experience in HypnoDomination increases with time, now at almost 4 years, I have begun combining guided imagery hypnosis with erotic hypnosis.

What is Guided Imagery Hypnosis?

Guided imagery is a process of focuses the mind’s imagination on a specific goal or task and seeing the most positive outcome in as much detail as possible. Depending on how you use this, this can be applicable to a large variety of situation. When making it a guided imagery hypnosis session, you are creating a link between the conscious and subconscious dimensions of imagination. Allowing both programming and personal growth using this technique.

It is rather obvious that guided imagery hypnosis can be used in a huge variety of ways. As well as on an almost unlimited number of levels. Each process within our being functions at a certain vibration, if you will. If you look at pain for example, you have the biological, the nervous system, the endocrine system, the psychological, and more. Now using guided imagery hypnosis, one can simply tap into the specific process. Say the endocrine system. The rush of endorphins and other hormones through the body. Visualising the hormones, where they go, how they function, to what extent you feel them can be played with, effectively making them more or less effective in their function. Guided Imagery Hypnosis gives them form, gives them a presence you can control and sense.

Erotic Guided Imagery Hypnosis

Seeing the potential for an erotic component to guided imagery does not a HypnoDomme take. But a proper HypnoDomme and a properly educated Individual can work the erotic into guided imagery hypnosis with both ease and effectiveness. Guided imagery hypnosis always works best when focused on one specific part of you. One set goal in mind. Without a goal, it is rather pointless. If you are unsure of your goal, speak with your Hypnotist to find the right one for you and the right way to make your hypnotic goal a reality.

Guided Imagery as a Meditation

Some would argue that guided imagery is more a form of meditation than a hypnosis session. I am not one to argue. I don’t believe arguing accomplishes very much. So I will let them have their guided imagery as meditation because I genuinely feel that it can be both. Both a tool within a hypnosis session as well as a tool for effective meditation. And really is hypnosis not a more directed form of meditation? So let’s imagine together and see what we find. Let’s use guided imagery hypnosis as a proper tool and see what we can achieve.

Words of the Goddess

Can you ever really be prepared to hear the voice of your Goddess? The Words of the Goddess? To hear Her words and feel Her scripture run through you. I don’t think you can ever really be prepared for such an intense moment. Such a raw and powerful moment when you hear Her thoughts and words form and vibrate through your being.

I am of course, referring to My newest hypnosis project, daily affirmations and words of the Goddess! I am still hard at work creating recordings but as I am writing, creating, giving birth to My hypnotic experiences for you, I am discovering that I have created an absolutely delightful collection of quick, loop-able, devotional creations. These delectable pieces that spring from My mind much like Athena bursting through Her father’s mind, needed to be released. They needed to bring their words and wisdom into being. As such, I had no choice. The Goddess was running through Me, tapping on My mind anxious for the birth of these words.

None of My created passages would be sufficient to create a full file, well yes, I could create one, but I feel drawn toward release short pieces. Creating them in such a masterful way that they may be looped and listened to all day. Or at least before bed. These will become your nightly prayers and your morning devotion to My doctrine. Starting on Sunday, every morning you will wake to a new file being released. Inexpensive enough that all My subjects can enjoy it. Appealing enough to make even the most questioning subject fall to his knees and beg for more, pray for more.

It all begins on Sunday. Become My most devout follower. Pray to your hypnosis Goddess. Let the words of the Goddess, of your Goddess, My words run through you in daily affirmation and devotion.

Viewing Your Domme as a Leader

Domme as a Leader

While writing down the qualities I want to have as a Domme, I noticed that many of them emulated those of a great leader. A leader, to me, is not necessarily someone in a position of power but rather someone who inspires the devotion of those around them. We do not follow great leaders because we have no choice. We follow them because they make us better. They make us want to be better. They inspire us.

Should we see Dommes as leaders? Not every Domme is a leader and not every leader is dominant but would it not be advantageous as a submissive to be inspired by your Domme? This is something I aspire to. I want to inspire greatness from my submissives. What other characteristics would be great for a Domme to have?

Knowledge of Limitations

I am not just referring to the physical limits of an individual but in a broader sense. I need to be fully aware of my own limits. The knowledge of what I can and can not do is invaluable. Knowledge is also power. The power to know when the perceived limits can be and should be pushed.

Control

Not only the ability to control a submissive but having self control is EXTREMELY important. When someone gives you power over their body, you need to be in complete control. You must have control over your emotions. Never lay a hand in anger. Be aware of what you as an individual are feeling and check it in at the door.

Confidence

It goes without saying that a Domme should be confident. Be confident in your abilities and in the abilities of your sub. This ties in with your knowledge of limitations, if you are not sure, not confident, do not do it. Demand (control) that your sub and you interact in a different manner.

Honesty

This is one of the characteristics I find the hardest. As a professional Domme it is difficult to be honest all of the time. There is still a business component to the relationship which can be difficult. I try to make it a point, to always be honest. Do not mistake honesty for full disclosure. No one really needs to know everything about you, unless you are in a defined partnership and even then it depends on the relationship.

Good Communicator

This is essential! Why would anyone follow someone who can not string two words together? Clear, concise commands are the most effective. Another component of communication is the ability to listen. Be willing to hear out the thoughts of your submissive. Yes, they are, in this context, inferior but that does not mean they are free of thought and feeling. Learn to read body language and listen for words that may not mean what you think they mean.

Respect

As a Domme, you want those around you to respect you. This is not something that can be commanded or forced. But when you are comparing yourself to a leader, respect means something else. It means you respect those around you. I understand that not everyone will agree with me here, but I feel that a Domme should respect her subjects. They should be respected! They are giving you power over them, be it their minds or their bodies, for 5 minutes or 5 years, they are giving the power to you. You should respect their decision. They decided you were the most suitable Domme, they respect you that much.

Obviously there are other qualities of a leader, that a Domme should try and emulate. They should be devoted to you. You should lead them.
