Weekly Hypnotic Task One

I will be releasing a new weekly hypnotic task every Monday from today forward. These tasks will vary in how they are to presented to you, ie audio, video, written. Each will have a specific goal in mind, and depending on My mood I will share it with you.

These tasks will involve a sacrifice, your time, physical discomfort,etc. The weekly hypnotic task will cut into various parts of your existence. It is not about forcing you to “out” yourself but rather to find ways to express your devotion within more parts of your life than just when you have some free time.

Hypnotic Task One

your first task is simple. Not too taxing. I would like you to find five minutes, yes only five minutes, where you can be completely alone, and silent. I want you to set a timer, for five minutes. Nudity is recommended, though not absolutely necessary at this stage in your training. you will kneel, on the ground. This will likely cause some discomfort and eventually some aching. This is the sacrifice involved.

During your five minutes, I want you to empty your mind of everything. The silence and stillness of your mind is what I am after for this exercise. Breath through your abdomen. Expand and contract with every breathe and clear your mind.

This will be difficult. The clearing of your mind. Five minutes is not a long time and if you can do more, I encourage you to do so. Five minutes is the minimum. This will be done daily for a week. you will find your moment and while it will not be focused on Me, you will get your mind ready for potential programming by Me.

Alternative: For those of you who are not capable of kneeling for five minutes. If you can, work toward kneeling but should that not be possible sit on the floor crossed legged or lay on your back. This should be done on the floor. If there are medical conditions that prevent you from being on the floor, your bed is an acceptable alternative. Key word here being medical conditions!

Emotional Fluctuations

Having just come out of a rather turbulent emotional roller-coaster, and its effects still clear in My mind, I decide to go over some of the emotional fluctuations that can potentially occur when you submit to erotic hypnosis. Like anything, there are various levels of submission and you might find that you are not as emotionally impacted as others. For this post, I am making a distinction between submission for a session and submission to a Goddess or Domme. Both are extremely powerful and both have different effects.

Emotional fluctuations can vary from one person to the next, and one session to the next. Emotional fluctuations can be different depending on who you are submitting to, or the nature of the sessions. We live in a world where emotional fluctuations are generally seen as negative. I rarely, if ever, see an emotional response as a negative, including My Own emotions. I could go on about emotions forever, but right now we are focusing on the emotional fluctuations that can happen during erotic hypnosis sessions. This list is by no means, complete. There are an almost infinite number of possible emotional responses. The intensity can vary from person to person, experience to experience, day to day.

Top Five Emotional Fluctuations During Erotic Hypnosis

Lust to Love
Desire to Resentment
Love to Devotion
submission to slavery
Fear to Eroticism

1. Lust to Love:

Erotic hypnosis almost by its very nature is about lust. Sexual energy is high. Lust for both the experience and the Domme. Over time (sometimes through a single session) that lust evolves to love. True love? Not likely but love none the less. Where once you may have objectified your Goddess, it is replaced by a new found respect and care for Her on a deeper level than you were expecting. On a side note, this emotional fluctuation can occur even before a session. This is easily the most common fluctuation. I always find it interesting to watch this occur between subject and HypnoDomme. Even when I am not involved and watching from the outside.

This is one of the emotional fluctuations that rarely revert back. Chances are you will always love Her. It may lessen in intensity, or you may come to see it as “two ships passing in the night” but the love will always be there in some form or another.

2. Desire to Resentment:

I struggled with the decision to add this emotional fluctuation. It is rather negative but with the right Domme, such emotional changes will be perceived before they become an issue or She will use this change to plant the seeds for further transformation. There are moments when a submissive may find themselves resenting their Goddess. Not for something She has said or done, but rather the level of control She has over their existence. I see this as a natural progression to devotion. Resentment shows that there is an understanding as to how intense the HypnoDomme-subject relationship can actually be. Do not feel discouraged either as the subject or the Domme when this fluctuation occurs.

This is an example of an emotional fluctuation that must be an evolution of the relationship. It ends in one of two ways. 1) The resentment is dispelled as the subject accepts the control She has over them. 2) The relationship ends. This is by no means a reflection of the Hypnotist’s skill but rather a manifestation of how far the subject was willing to let the relationship go. It could be that the subject was not yet at the point in their life where this intensity was an acceptable part of their life.

3. Love to Devotion:

This transformation is My favourite. This is when a subject transcends love. Devotion is a different, deeper level of love. If you have read My Domme as a Leader piece, you may understand more of what I mean. This is when other emotional responses start to dissipate. The biggest one I notice, is jealousy. Can you really be devoted to someone if you spend more time being jealous than devoted? No, you can’t. This is where you start to see yourself as an extension of your Goddess and Her experiences. When Her happiness is truly your happiness. Many claim to be at this juncture in their relationships but they are still a little shy of the truest expression of devotion, more on that another time.

4. submissive to slave:

One of the more subtle of the emotional fluctuations, a transformation from submissive to slave, at least as per My definition. Not everyone will agree that this is an emotional change but rather a change in lifestyle choice. While I agree to a certain extent, there are emotions that are present in a submissive that are not part of the slave interaction and vise versa. A slave is a complete loss of the self, you belong, you are owned. There are a multitude of emotional transitions there. Those who have witnessed this change will know what I mean.

5. Fear to Eroticism:

I have spent quite some time describing this emotional fluctuation, so I won’t get too much into it. But as you can imagine this is an intense emotional fluctuation that is undervalued.

Thoughts Manifesting as Physical

The power of thoughts, intentions, affirmations, etc. is not completely understood. What is understood is that by thinking you can manifest a physical response. This is the basis for erotic hypnosis. Words, thoughts, images painted by a strong HypnoDomme manifests a physical response in the subject. The best example, hearing My voice and you start feeling arousal immediately. This power that everyone possesses is often untapped. How can we tap into it? How can you do it when you’re Goddess is not available for a session? Is She necessary to feel Her influence? How can you work on thoughts manifesting as physical response?

Hypnotic Thoughts Manifesting as Physical

There are a number of examples of hypnotic thoughts manifesting as physical reactions. Experience plays on role on how intensely you feel the response.

Hands Free Orgasms, you are not touching, there is no physical stimulus and yet there is a physical response.
Trigger Words, these words implanted in previous session with your Hypnotist can potentially create a physical response in your body, like arousal, or even flaccidity depending on the response you are looking for
Immobilization, certain hypnosis sessions with Me involve immobilization. This is not Me physically tying you but rather your body being unable to move from the picture I painted with My words and influence.

The potential is limitless. With the right erotic hypnotist, anything is possible.

What if your HypnoDomme is not available to create or implant hypnotic thoughts manifesting as physical responses? A little bit of panic, I know but turn that panic into another emotion. Use it to fuel your internal dialogue into positive affirmations directed at your Goddess. There are some options for you, recorded sessions, affirmations and finding a moment to breath in your Goddess. Breath and think of Her. Allow the thoughts of Her manifest responses in your body.

Hypnotic Trance: The Ultimate Submission

In the quest for the act of ultimate submission, hypnosis reigns supreme. No other act has the potential to touch a submissive on so many levels. The three main domains of submission are touched in an erotic hypnosis session. While other style sessions can compare, it is up to the Domme to make sure all aspects of your being is touched by Her influence. While worshiping, in a session or on your own, you should always keep the three domains in mind and try to touch on each. If a part of you is not satisfied, or a domain is lacking, it is your responsibility to voice concerns to your Goddess.

The three domains of submission are physical, emotional and spiritual. Erotic hypnosis is the ultimate submission as it touches on each other the domains of submission. There are subdomains and various other aspects that are touched in a Ds or BDSM relationship but for now, we will focus on the three main domains.

Physical, this domain is best represented through bondage.
Emotional, the clearest representation of the emotional domain is humiliation. While I am not someone to focus on humiliation it is a clear representation of the emotional domain.
Spiritual, body worship being the clearest demonstration of this domain.

While each domain has a fetish (if you will) that best represents them, erotic hypnosis touch on each level manifesting the ultimate submission.

The Physical Domain of Ultimate Submission

The physical. Hypnosis works best while you are still. While you can move during a session, hypnosis makes it so that physical movement needs to be commanded by the Domme. It can also make it so that a thought, or image running through your mind has a physical manifestation. Like becoming aroused or orgasming to a trigger or suggestion from the HypnoDomme.

The Emotional Domain of Ultimate Submission

A proper hypnotist can not only play with your emotions but also change your future emotional responses. Be it to Her or the situation, Goddess can create a positive emotional environment with which you can grow and emerge as a submissive. It is also represented in the emotional connection you have with your Domme. Though the earlier example showed a negative emotional response, hypnosis can be either positive or negative.

The Spiritual Domain of Ultimate Submission

The spiritual domain is best represented through erotic hypnosis. The right Hypnotist will touch your soul. Many of you have had this experience, where the connection is so deep and so strong. your entire spirit feels in tune with the words of your Goddess.

If you feel one of these domains are not satisfied, it is crucial that you speak with your Mistress about it. She might not notice the disconnect or not realise to what extent it extends. That is your responsibility. She has some accountability in it as well but you should voice and keep the lines of communications open.

Hypnotic Trance is the Ultimate submission as it touches on every one of the submission domains. While there are other practices that can and do touch on each domain. Hypnosis is the way I enjoy it the most.

Establishing a Connection

How should you go about establishing a connection with a Domme? I often write about the importance of the connection between Goddess and subject. This is an important aspect of your submission that can be overlooked by shiny objects (pictures) and the like. A focus on the physical to create that connection can often lead to a short term submission. Sometimes, that is what you want. A Domme for the moment as opposed to a Domme for your life. I don’t mind the drive by subjects, the ones just looking for a momentary distraction from their vanilla life or a part time replacement for their regular Goddess when She is not available. There is nothing wrong with your erotic self being secondary to other things, so long as you are honest with both yourself and your Goddess.

Say you want to establish a lasting connection. Something worth more than buying time or files. Something that will be lasting and create a bond between you and your desired Goddess. How will you go about it?

It seems obvious to say contact Her, but that contact has a price, one you should be willing to pay. If you are not willing to pay it, or have experienced a history of bad connections and have since become more frivolous with your money, know that paying to contact is not an option. Find ways around it. This does not mean contact Her and say something ridiculous like “just want to know what you would do?” Shit like that makes Us Dommes cringe and block you. We don’t have time to deal with that type of stuff. People contact us on a daily basis with similar requests and it is too complicated to try and weed out those that are actually looking for a connection and those that just want to get off. (There are more rants to this effect but you know what I mean)

So here is a short list of ways to establish an initial connection with your chosen Goddess:

Tribute and Buy Time, even with the previous paragraph in mind, paying for time, sending a tribute or gift is still the BEST way to connect. This shows the Domme you are serious about wanting to establish a connection and that you are aware Her time is money. Even if it is just getting to know Her with simple questions. We get asked these questions a lot.
READ, most of Us have blogs, read them. Connect with Her words and not Her images. See where She stands on fetishes that are important to you. Find out what is important to Her.
Check out Her wishlist. With the right mind, you can look through a wishlist to get to know who She is and what She likes. Buy Her something while you are there. Check out if there are multiple lists, not just the one main one.
Follow Her on social media. Some Dommes ask for a tribute for this privilege, it is a privilege not a right. When you follow, We get notifications, every interaction helps boost Us. So follow, share, comment (respectfully). (*** Quick note about Facebook, for Me, I usually ignore friend requests without prior interaction but you can follow Me and/or follow My pages’ feeds.)
Sing Her praises when free content is released. Share it on your social media platforms. Comment on posts or videos. Make it so She recognises you, your name, your username, etc.
Send an email to say you have been checking Her stuff out. An email. Not an IM. And do so without the promise of a reply. Do it because you are impressed with who She is not because you want Her to reply. If She does, bonus, if She doesn’t who cares, that was never the goal.

Establishing a connection is important. Trust is important. These tips could help you establish a deep connection, or at least realise ways to serve Her better.

The Calming Effect of Water

Every single time I take a bath, I am reminder of the absolute bliss that is being submerged in water. The calming effect of water is not something that should be ignored. For Me, the effect is not limited to submersion but also just about any moment where water and My skin connects, be it in the rain, shower, bath, swimming, you get the idea. I realise that not everyone feels as connected to water as I do. That not everyone responds to the summer rain with glee and the urge to dance around nude, but there is no denying that water can be calming and comforting.

This calming effect, the comfort some individuals find when water surrounds them, in My opinion, is the result of the memory of being safe and secure within their Mother’s womb. I am sure some will argue with Me. I believe this correlation is not something to be ignored, it is in fact something that should be considered when creating an erotic hypnosis environment. I am not trying to fetishize your early conception environment but rather exaggerate, expand on the feelings of comfort and safety that were (in most cases) so tangible even when our memory fails us.

I cannot stress enough the importance of trust and security where hypnosis is concerned, erotic or not. Yes, there are files and environments where you want the blood to pump aggressively and the environment to cause your heart to skip some beats but when initiating the trance, when deepening the trance that sense of calm, that safety is not to be ignored. Giving yourself over to another person, giving your mind over to a HypnoDomme is something that requires a similar sense of security you had in the womb. you have no control over what happens to you, the environment is changed to suit another’s will but you feel safe. you trust. you can constantly rely on the calming effect of water surrounding your being.

The connections to our past experiences are important. They shape us, whether or not we are aware of their influence. My influence, My control work with your being and the experiences that created the person that is you. A skilled Hypnotist keeps this in mind and understand that every experience, even early conception can be opposed through hypnosis and can be either exploited, expounded or exaggerated. Like the calming effect of water.

Been Awhile Since New Content Came Out

I know, it’s been ages since I have created any new content. I have been focused on custom files lately but that is no excuse. I really should be more on the ball about since things. My creativity is not so much tapped as it is scattered at the moment. I have so many ideas, so many projects I start, with pure intentions and then they sit and collect dust because I have started another project. It is not a good habit for Me. Not good for anyone really. It is also extremely shitty for those of you who have been begging Me to create new content.

I am leaving for a training camp this weekend, getting My body prepared for that has been My focus for the last little while, keeping Me from focusing on creating. The upcoming training camp’s complication will allow Me some much needed time to focus. That is not to say I will not be continuing My training but I can focus the bulk of My energy elsewhere, at least for the summer. So what does this new focus mean for you?

Well, mainly, new content… it’s okay, you can get excited! There are so many projects that will finally see their completion. I am really excited about this! So many wonderful things will manifest themselves in the coming months. I am focusing My new content on self discovery and deepening sensations of submission. My Five Favourite Uses for Erotic Hypnosis

There are so many uses for erotic hypnosis. The tool is really limitless in its capacity for BDSM. With so many possibilities, it is hard to pinpoint My favourites. Won’t stop Me from trying though 😉 I have decided to create a list with My five favourite uses. These are in no particular order. They are equal in My eyes, as far as how much I enjoy them. The biggest difference is the dynamic between between Myself and the subject. The dynamic is so important, as I have stated several times and will continue to repeat.

Five Uses for Erotic Hypnosis

Self Discovery. BDSM and Femdom are not necessarily associated with self discovery, though they should be. Erotic hypnosis is the perfect tool for discovering more about yourself as a sub as well as an individual. One can easily learn more about the deeper kinks that you were previously unaware of. It can bring to light the components that are keeping you from being truly vulnerable and under the influence of your Goddess.
Brainwashing and Thought Control. Whether using NLP or more classic erotic hypnosis, brainwashing is an absolute pleasure for Me as the HypnoDomme. Changing your view point and how you see the world and molding it to something I enjoy is so much fun. I genuinely believe the world would be a better place if I was in complete control of it and this is how I make that happen, one person at a time. This also creates a certain ownership.
Acceptance of past experiences. This would be less about the erotic aspect and more on the “Domme who wants Her subs to be at their best” side of things. A lot of us, Myself included, have traumas or experiences that shape our views. In some cases, this is negative.
Orgasm, erection, arousal control. Falls within brainwashing but I like to keep it as something completely separate. It is one thing to feel the power of making someone so intensely aroused that You are the only thing in their mind, it is a whole new level of power when I can have you thinking about Me, turned on, unable to focus and then suddenly shut down those responses. That My friends, it power.
Roleplays and Fantasies. This is a use for erotic hypnosis that I do not really use too frequently. I prefer to stay within reality and ultimate submission of the subject. Every now and then though, a subject comes up and fantasies, roleplays, and other-realmly experiences are perfectly suited to the dynamic.

More on Hypnotic Intention

I have been focusing a lot on intention lately, in some of My blogs, My personal life and My one on one sessions. Hypnotic intention is a powerful, powerful thing. We create a certain energy through hypnosis, this is exceptionally true during an erotic hypnosis session. Raw sensual and sexual energy manifests within an erotic hypnosis session. Using hypnotic intention, you can use this energy to focus and fuel your day, your night, your goals. This works for the both the Hypnotist and the subject. The energy we create together can be focused on either a single task or separate tasks with hypnotic intention. It resembles the idea of a succubus, except you have access to that energy as well.

Hypnotic intention is a wonderful catalyst for your day. This was My intention in creating My Daily Hypnotic Affirmations. Which have been working wonderfully on those who use it religiously as well as occasionally. My current goal is to create an MP3, perhaps even a video to increase that erotic hypnosis energy and give you the ability to use that energy through hypnotic intention. Starting off your day with that extra power behind you, and some energy sent My way.

Combining focused intention, erotic hypnosis and hypnotic intention will prove to you that anything is truly possible. Submission of your mind, body and soul is apparent throughout your experiences both within a session and within your daily life. Submit yourself to Me and see that anything is truly possible when you embrace the power of erotic hypnosis and hypnotic intention. This experience can potentially change your life for the better. That is the goal of any Domme really, to make life better for Her subjects as well as Herself.
